I'm liking the New Mayor, love seeing the top brass squirm, and the hopper angles are totally insightful and thought out. While I'll agree the action is not what we've seen from previous seasons, I appreciate all the transitional stories from the characters. Especially McNulty, who has turned over a more positive leaf and aspires to be a monk in foot patrol's clothing. The latest episode has me thinking the old gang from Major Crimes Unit is about to re-unite, (as long as Daniels can get them all back). My hope is that Daniels will make Lester the head of that group, get Kima and McNulty back and start getting a "good police" effort going on Stanfield. And how about Omar? Man! He is damn near invincible! I mean so many fools gunnin' for him and he manages to still get right under their collar before they even know it. Got to respect his gangsta!
